Built in 1967 as an apartment condominium, the Ashley is home to both long-term and new, full-time and seasonal, Miami Beach residents. The Ashley offers gracious communal areas – lobby, lounge and pool area with boat dock – and spacious living spaces with breathtaking views of sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the Miami skyline. One of the smallest buildings on this section of the beach, the Ashley boasts 27 units on seven floors – only four units per floor.
